W.H. Ruffner Academy is a middle school governed by Norfolk Public Schools. It was built in 1922 and was rebuilt in 1993 across the street from the original location. ==Dress Code== The children that attend must wear a uniform. The uniform colors are * *6th Graders wear light blue. * *7th Graders wear yellow. * *8th Graders wear white. Shoes must be a specific color: * *White * *Black * *Navy Blue * *Black/White * *Black/Navy * *White/Navy * *Dress Shoes All students must wear Navy Blue pants, skirts, or skorts. No spandex or leather is allowed. The students have two uniforms.
